Pay-per-view terms & conditions

By purchasing and using any of the Pay-per-view areas you agree to be bound by the Pay-per-view Terms and Conditions which shall form a legal agreement between you and Rimpage.

 

How to watch:

For live events: Your ticket you purchased grants you access to watch the live event as described at the point of purchase. It’s most exciting to watch the match live. If you cannot watch it live, you may watch the recording for up to 14 days after the event. 

 

You may join our Facebook group where the we will stream the event live. You may watch the event live or watch later by clicking on the link we will provide. This link will remain accessible to you for a limited period of time. During that time you may watch as often as you like. After that you may watch individual matches by purchasing a link to download them.

 

Notice

It is possible that the player you paid to watch may not be able to play due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens we will substitute in another player so the match can continue. As long as the match can be played, we will not issue a refund.

 

For downloadable content: Rimpage will send link to the email address you provided. 

 

Limitations

The content remains the property of Rimpage 1v1 basketball and may not reproduced, rebroadcast or transmitted in any form without the express written consent of Rimpage.

 

Refunds

Rimpage will only issue a refund for your ticket if the event is canceled, if it cannot be broadcast due to any failure on our part. We are responsible only for sending the link to the email address you provide. We are not responsible for any issues you may have with your equipment, your email account, internet access, etc that may prevent you from watching the content. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to join the Facebook group where the match will be live-streamed live or to watch the recording there for the 14 days after the event date.
